I wouldn't put that sort of activity passed the US government but I was under the impression that our government was a little more morally inclined. Still a bit skeptical, that article/transcript seems like a good mix of paranoia and speculation based on a few facts.

Yes, one article/transcript is not enough to convince, however I have seen several discussions about the whole conspiracy. There books about it as well... such as the "brucellosis triangle" and numerous resources that discuss the engineering of MYCOPLASMA to cause such diseases as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndron and such. A lot of the standout information about the mosquitos is repetitive from site to site but there is other branching info out there.
