BELLEVILLE, Ont. -- An eastern Ontario police officer has been cleared after a man plunged from the roof of a hotel. The unidentified 40-year-old suffered multiple fractures and a serious head injury in the fall in Belleville last month.
Ontario ' s Special Investigations Unit said yesterday officers had approached the man and were speaking to him before his 13-metre fall.
