Be Vigilant Against Gun Law Changes ======================= ======================= | > Date: Tue, 8 Nov 2005 14:35:58 -0600 (CST) | > From: " Thomas Empey " Subject: Be Vigilant Against Gun Law Changes | > | > Fellow RFC | > | > When a noted gun-hater like Mike Bryant [A-G Ontario], wants the federal | > Liberal A-G [Cotler] to toughen gun laws, ostensibly against criminal | > using firearms, brace yourselves. | > | > Rest assured, these Liberal politicians will slip some innocuous looking | > legislation into the proposed bill that will further punish hunters and | > target shooters under the guise of " ...keeping guns out of the wrong | > hands. " | > I know it will not get past Dennis Young and Garry Breitkreuz and that | > knowledge allows some comfort. It will, however, be embraced by most of | > urban Canada and the NDP; perhaps the Bloc will also support anything | > anti-gun. | > | > Ladies and Gentlemen, do not let your guards down. Be ready, be vigilant. | > | > Tom Empey | > Belleville, Ontario | > | > ------------------------------ It never seems to amaze me how these anti-gun nuts, get strange funding to lobby/push laws that will never amount to a tadpoles fart. These new laws don ' t even stand in courts, and are just a bunch lawmakers ammo, like they did in the UK, where they ended up with more guns than before the gun bans. Gun laws for most people are a foreign and boring subject to where they have been taken to the breaking point a long time ago, in my experiences on this. If they think they can confiscate from sports shooters religion and the hunters who put food on our tables directly/indirectly from " Save-On-Meats " butcher shops, they must be joking, what are they going to live on, the pills/crack/smack, they confiscate on the streets, maybe some of the lawmakers almost wish that, but even lawmakers have to eat food too sometimes. Otherwise I think the only other source of food is to eat the products from their gun grabs, since there wouldn ' t be anything available in the sub/urban environment. A possible fraud on the Internet,,,,, locals beware. Here is an excerpt from a blog entry I stumbled across of apparently some local women mis-representing her true character and identity. " By early evening, I had all the proof I needed. Juliet Stone was a fraud. There was no husband. She didn ' t live in South Carolina. She was a youth minister for a church in Belleville, Ontario and as recently as last week, had been referred to as a single mother in a biography written for a Christian conference that included a workshop presented by her. " There may be a number of blogs that are intertwined and would provide the detail of this story, you can start at this article: http://www.livejournal.com/users/khema/14295.html
